Acceptance of Terms By using Moonak, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
Overview of Service Moonak is an online platform that connects users with beauty professionals and spas in Bali, allowing them to browse, book, and manage beauty treatments and wellness appointments. We provide the platform to facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the services offered by beauty professionals.
User Accounts You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure, including your password. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.
Booking and Payments Moonak facilitates bookings between users and beauty professionals. We are not the service provider, and all services are delivered by third-party beauty professionals. All bookings must be made through the platform. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policies of the beauty professionals and may vary. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You agree to comply with the terms of the payment processor used by Moonak.
Cancellations and Refunds Each beauty professional sets their own cancellation and refund policies. Please review these policies before making a booking. Moonak is not responsible for refunds or cancellations outside the stated policies of the beauty professional.
User Responsibilities You agree to use Moonak in a lawful manner and not for any fraudulent purposes. You must not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activity under your account.
Beauty Professional Responsibilities Beauty professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including the description of services, prices, and availability. Beauty professionals must provide high-quality services as described in their listings and maintain a professional standard of service.
Liability Disclaimer Moonak is a platform provider and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of services by beauty professionals. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from services provided by third-party professionals. Moonak provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis and makes no guarantees about the availability or reliability of the Service.
Modifications to the Service Moonak reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that disrupts the functionality of the platform.
Dispute Resolution If any disputes arise between users and beauty professionals, Moonak may assist in resolving the issue, but we are not liable for the outcome. Disputes should be settled directly between users and beauty professionals.
Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes or legal actions related to these Terms or the use of Moonak will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
